We met Sue in the autumn of 1998 when we became neighbours. From the very beginning, she was so kind and welcoming to this young Canadian couple, new to the UK, and we became fast friends. We remained close and in-touch in the years after we left Corringway, and we were deeply saddened by her passing. We shall miss her beautiful smile, quick wit, and warm heart. A bright light has gone out in the Garden Suburb, and indeed in London, her much loved home. We feel certain she’ll never be far from it, or from those she loved. We’ll miss her so very much.
